Huge Quartertrsawn White Oak Fireplace Mantel - I designed the box, Pete and I overlayed a real Oak Branch with Acorns that we flat sanded in half horizontally. I cut "leaf" inlays of walnut and Pete inlayed them - squawking the whole time!
It's starting to come together - We gathered the river rocks from the adajacent Santa Ynez River. My unfinished lantern is hanging from a belt! What would the Greene Brothers say about that? Stone floors are "dirt" colored - there's a strategy here - this is a ranch!
